Please find for consideration an 1814 Classic Head Large Cent – the Plain 4 variety.
Please note the coin has been cleaned.  Please also note the small rim push on the obverse in the 7 o’clock position.  We have provided a few photos each of the obverse/reverse.  Photos #1, 2, 5 and 6 are of the coin flat on a surface and best reflects the tone of the coin when viewing directly, while photos #3, 4, 7 and 8 are of the coin at a slight angle to provide greater detail.
We rarely assign a grade to our coins as the grading criteria can be quite subjective. We have provided a high resolution photo of the obverse and reverse of each coin so that you can thoroughly review and make a grade determination for yourself.
